Buyer-side project engineer
Leading the technical side of a new 5 t/h high-spray-tower detergent powder plant with a 12 t/h post-blending mixer (~700 t of equipment). Scope covers plant layout, civil conditioning drawings, material selection (carbon vs. stainless steel), 3D model review, dosing parameters and manufacturing/inspection follow-up with the Chinese supplier.

Supervision of several detergent manufacturing plants: process troubleshooting, formulation adjustment and production efficiency.

Designed the complete factory infrastructure (process, MV/LV power, IT) and all products, formulas and artworks; increased spray-tower capacity and implemented raw/packaging material tracking across the supply chain.
Chief Operating Officer
