Nurai Books

Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern the use of Nurai Books, its digital publications, Nurai Premium and related services. By creating an account or making a purchase you accept them.

1. Intellectual property

All encyclopedias, books, reports, chemical formulations, recipes, process parameters, diagrams and data published by Nurai are protected by copyright and trade-secret law and remain the exclusive property of Nurai Studio and its authors. A purchase grants a licence to use the content, never ownership of it.

2. Prohibited use

You may not copy, scrape, screen-record, resell, translate, republish, upload to AI training datasets or otherwise distribute any part of the content, including formulations and process data, without our prior written consent. Commercial manufacturing based on a formulation remains your own technical and regulatory responsibility.

3. Individual licence

An individual licence is personal and non-transferable. It allows one named person to read the purchased title through their own account for personal study and professional reference.

4. Corporate licence

Companies, factories, laboratories and training centres that share content across teams must purchase a corporate licence. Corporate licences specify the number of authorised users, sites and the permitted internal use, and are issued by our B2B Sales & Licensing team.

5. Nurai Premium accounts

A Nurai Premium subscription is for a single person. Sharing login credentials, reselling access, or allowing simultaneous use by several people is forbidden. We monitor abnormal usage and may suspend or terminate shared accounts without refund.

6. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

7. Liability

Content is provided for professional information. Nurai is not liable for losses arising from applying formulations or procedures without proper testing, safety assessment and compliance with local regulations.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies. Breaches of intellectual property may lead to account termination and legal action.
