1K Polyurethane Construction Sealant

A moisture-curing one-component polyurethane sealant based on NCO-terminated prepolymer formulated with non-phthalate plasticizer and reinforcing filler, delivering high elongation, strong adhesion and paintability for expansion and construction joints; free monomeric diisocyanate content kept below 0.1% per REACH.

Key ingredients: Reactive PUR hot melt (2 % NCO), Diisononyl cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylate (DINCH) non-phthalate plasticiser, Stearate-coated calcium carbonate, Fumed silica, Silane crosslinker (vinyltrimethoxysilane), Tin catalyst DBTL
